Happy Friday my sweet friends. This week was very eventful over here so I'm ready for a weekend with my hubby, my friends, and some special time with my mom. Keep reading for all the things I LOVED seeing this week. These were my favorites.  In case y'all didn't know, there's this giraffe named April. She's pregnant. We were told one week ago that labor was coming and delivery was imminent. A week. It's been a week. I sure hope my labor doesn't last that long. Well, April and her live cam have taken over people's lives. And they're still waiting. The best part? Some pretty funny memes have emerged as a result. My birthday isn't until August but I already know how I want to celebrate. Thanks in advance. :) Amy runs on Dunkin'.  This is a picture of Chicago at night. We got an offer on our house and are under contract. we will be seeing this soon. And I'm sad. And I'm excited. But I'm mostly confused. At least this is pretty. What I love most to do during Friday nights is to take a long hot bath and watch a movie afterwards. I feel like I never get to spend time for myself because 90% of the time, I am always worrying about work. I decided that my Friday nights should be spent for some alone time because I have to take care of myself, too. This is something that I learned from my friends. It can get a bit stressful and unhealthy when you start to forget how important your mental health is. Even just for a few hours, spend some time to do things that will make you happy.
